Carlos Arriaga is just able to duck past former Patriot Tony Simmons during the Celebrity Flag Football game with the Haverhill Police All-Stars against past and present members of the New England Patriots Friday evening at Haverhill Stadium. The event was sponsored by the Haverhill Police Patrolmen's Union and raised money for its scholarship to a Haverhill High School graduate.
