McGovern was one of roughly 200 people who attended a fundraiser for L'Arche Irenicon at the Roma Restaurant in Bradford earlier this month. L'Arche is a Roman Catholic-based network of community homes where people with physical and developmental disabilities live with staff members in neighborhoods around the city.
