Register to vote: Feb. 15 is the last day one can register to vote or change party enrollment for the Presidential Primary election on March 6. The Haverhill City Clerk's office, located in City Hall at 4 Summer Street, will be open that day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to register voters. Anyone who is a citizen of the United States, a Massachusetts resident and over the age of 18 on or before election day is eligible to register. Those registering via mail-in registrations must have their forms postmarked no later than Feb. 15. For more information, call 978-374-2312 or visit ci.haverhill.ma.us. -
