Here is the lineup for this week on TV22, Haverhill Community Television. All Monday-through-Thursday programming on Channel 22 is repeated at 10 o’clock the same evening. 6:30 a.m.: Smart Boating — Host Paul Jermain dives into some of the “rules of the road’’ for when you’re on the water.

7:30 a.m.: Supreme Master Chang Hai

Noon: City Council meeting, followed by School Committee meeting

6 p.m.: Merrimack Valley Kids — Spring is on the way, and this week Lindsay Paris shows viewers some exciting places to visit and things to do with the family.

6:30 p.m.: Merrimack Valley Gourmet — March 17 is right around the corner, so get ready with this festive St. Patrick’s Day meal prepared by Bethany and Lindsay.

7 p.m.: Matters of the Heart — Pentucket Medical cardiologists share their expertise on heart-related topics.

7:30 p.m.: Point of Reference — Want to know more about your ancestors? Genealogist Dana Owen gives viewers a point of reference on what they need to know.

8 p.m.: Unveiling of the Harbor Place Project — The February 2014 unveiling of the Harbor Place project. This new development on the site of the former Woolworth building is bringing renewed focus to downtown Haverhill.
