Here is the lineup for this week on TV22, Haverhill Community Television. All Monday-through-Thursday programming on Channel 22 is repeated at 10 o’clock the same night. 6:30 p.m.: Merrimack Valley Gourmet — Get ready for grilling season with a delicious lamb kebab and rice pilaf meal.

7 p.m.: Matters of the Heart —Dr. Sunny Srivastava fills viewers in on the latest diet news for 2014.

7:30 p.m.: Point of Reference — Superintendent of Schools James Scully gives an update on the latest plans for Hunking School.

8 p.m.: Cross-Border Business Expo — Coverage from the 2013 expo with HC Media host Lindsay Paris. Brought to viewers by the Greater Haverhill & Greater Salem Chambers of Commerce.

10 p.m.: Penny Dreadful’s Shilling Shockers — The Screaming Skull
