Storytime: The Library will host Miss Sam's Silly Stories on Friday July 6 from 10 to 11 a.m. for ages 3-5. For more information, contact Alissa Lauzon, 978-373-1586 x626.

Building Blocks: The Library hosts America is... tall buildings & skyscrapers! Friday July 6 from 2 to 3 p.m. Make your own with LEGO or blocks. Ages 5+ For more information or to register, contact Kat Alexander, 978-373-1586 x626.

Kids Science Adventure Day: It's another "Kids Science Adventure Day" at Winnekenni Castle. The Seacoast Science Center will travel to the Castle on Sunday July 8th at 2pm to present an afternoon of science and the sea and showcase turtles, starfish and crabs. Meet and learn about "Raspberry the Box Turtle" and experience hands-on fun with "Tide-Pooling." This program will be outdoors unless weather forces the event inside the Castle! Admission is free. Donations to the Castle's wishing well are appreciated.

Live Animal Program: The Library hosts Critters N Creatures: Creatures of the Night, on Monday July 9 from 11 am to 12 p.m. Ages 5+ For more information or to register, contact Alissa Lauzon, 978-373-1586 x626.

Past Finders Summer Program: The Past Finders summer program at the Buttonwoods Museum begins July 10. Now in its 22nd season, Past Finders is a day program for children in grades 1 to 7 and is designed to teach children about history in a fun and imaginative way. Morning drop off begins at 9 a.m. and pick up is at 4 p.m. Session 1, Come Sail Away, is July 10 to 13. Activities include fishing, exploring the Buttonwoods Trail, sailor crafts, cooking, and a sail on the gundalow Piscataqua. Session 2, Fun on the Farm, is Aug. 7 to 10. Participants will garden, cook with seasonal fruits and vegetables, learn homespun crafts and visit a farm museum. Cost for each session is $160. Children may sign up for one or both sessions.
