GIVE HELP, GET HELP
Host Families Needed: Families are needed to host international foreign exchange students ages 15 to 18 for a semester or the whole academic school year. All speak English, are fully insured medically, bring their own spending money and would attend your local high school. Host families are asked to provide a loving home, meals, and emotional support. Students are anxiously awaiting the news that a family has selected them. The Friends of the Haverhill Public Library will donate $1 to the Haverhill Gazette Santa Fund for each title, and an additional dollar for charity for each book review written. Adults ages 18 and up can participate in “Between the Covers” by logging titles read. Any adult who reads 10 titles in 10 weeks wins a free book. For more information visit haverhillpl.org.
