Tag Sale: The Haverhill YMCA will be hosting a summer’s end tag sale at the YMCA on Aug. 18 at 7:30 a.m. All items must be donated by Aug. 17 for teens to sell. Car parking spots are available for $25. For more information contact the Haverhill YMCA.

Outdoor Concert: The 2012 season of the Make Some Noise free summer music series continues Thursday, Aug. 23 at 6 p.m. in Columbus Park with a performance by the Psychedelic Rockers, New England’s premier 60s band. Opening act is Peter Chase & Mike Blocker.

Outdoor Concert: The 2012 season of the Make Some Noise free summer music series continues Thursday, Aug. 30. at 6 p.m. in Columbus Park with a performance by singer/songwriter Karen Grenier. Opening act is Tanya Darling. Lance Bryant and the Mike Cesati Quintet perform in Washington Square.

Open House: Bradford Children’s Center on 10 Church St., will be hosting an open house for preschool on Sept. 4 and 5 from 8 to 10 a.m. For more information contact Darlene Manning at 978-912-7461.

Opening act is Emma Gallo, Victoria Bemis and Connor Capozzi. The band Still Breathin’ performs in Washington Square.
