Bean Supper:Join St. James Episcopal Church and friends to enjoy their first Bean Supper of 2012 on Saturday, March 10 from 5:00-7:00 PM at 119 Washington St. in Groveland. Tickets are $7 for adults and $3 for children under 12. For more information call 978 373-1270.

Ham and Bean Supper: St. James Parish is hosting a Ham & Bean Supper on Saturday, March 31st from 5:00 - 7:00PM. The dinner will be held at the St. James School at 415 Primrose Street, Haverhill and entertainment will be provided by The Crossroads of Tyme "Rock, Roll & Remember".. Tickets are $5per adults, $3 per children or a family ticket for $15.00. Tickets can be purchased after all weekend masses beginning March 10th or can be purchased at the St. James Rectory at 6 Cottage Street. For more information please call 978-372-8537.


Kindergarten Information Night: Haverhill's Public Schools will host free kindergarten information sessions for children in the Class of 2025. The session is open to parents and guardians of children at all schools and will be March 20 at Pentucket Lake Elementary School, 252 Concord St. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. Sessions are from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Your child must be 5 years old by Aug. 31 in order to be eligible for Kindergarten in September. Free baby-sitting will be available for children accompanying their parents to these sessions. Informational packets will be given to those in attendance. Enrollment Lottery: Hill View Montessori Charter Public School (HVM) is holding an annual enrollment lottery on March 14, 2012 at 4pm. The lottery will take place in the school at 75 Foundation Avenue - Ward Hill Business Park, Haverhill. The general public is encouraged to attend the event. If you have any questions, please contact HVM at 978.521.2616.

Auction: St. Joseph School is holding their annual auction on Saturday, March 17 at 5:30 at DiBurro's. Tickets are $35 which includes dinner, drinks and live entertainment. Comedians Dave Rattigan and Tony V will be giving live performances and there is a pasta and salad station. This event is open to the public and all proceeds go to St. Joseph School. To purchase tickets, stop by the St. Joseph School office at 56 Oak Terrace, Haverhill, MA or the church office of All Saints Parish at 120 Bellevue Ave, Haverhill, MA. You can also mail your check made payable to St. Joseph School to: St. Joseph School, 56 Oak Terrace, Haverhill, MA 01832 ATTN: Auction Committee.
