Financial services firm Edward Jones was ranked highest in customer satisfaction, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2010 Full Service Investor Satisfaction study.
Edward Jones, which has a Haverhill office at 25 Railroad Square, Suite 201, was ranked highest in 2002, 2005, 2006 and 2009, and provides its customers with myriad services, including personalized investment planning, retirements plans and short- and long-term investment strategy.
"Being ranked highest in investor satisfaction for full-service brokerage firms by J.D. Power and Associates five times now is a great honor and quite an accomplishment," said Michael Quinn, financial adviser in the Haverhill office. "It results from always having our clients' best interests at heart as we work to help them through the tough times as well as the good times."
The study measured overall satisfaction with similar firms based on seven factors: portfolio performance, account information, investment adviser, commission and fees, account offerings and website and problem resolution.
According to the study, Edward Jones "performed particularly well across the two highest-weighted factors: investment adviser and investment performance."
Edward Jones is headquartered in St. Louis and was ranked second on Fortune Magazine's annual "Top 100 Companies to Work for" in 2010.
