Bill DeLuca Chevrolet will donate money and equipment as a sponsor of the Haverhill PAL soccer program during its 2010 fall season.
Bill DeLuca Chevrolet is sponsoring Haverhill PAL Soccer as a part of Chevrolet's nationwide commitment to support youth sports, one community at a time. Over the course of the season, the dealership will donate equipment including soccer balls, ball bags, scorebooks, field cones, coaches' kits, corner flags, scrimmage vests, and first aid kits. The Chevrolet Youth Soccer program is a grassroots initiative that establishes a positive relationship between local dealers and the communities they serve.
Each sponsored league will take part in "The Chevrolet Youth Soccer Breakaway Giveaway," a fundraiser that can earn each league up to $10,000.
"We are looking forward to a great season with Haverhill PAL Soccer that will be filled with exciting games and an enhanced experience for the teams through the equipment and cash donations," said William DeLuca. "Chevrolet Youth Soccer is just one example of how committed our dealership is to supporting the youth and families in our community."
The Chevrolet Youth Soccer Breakaway Giveaway features a grand prize of a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox, in addition to other great prizes such as HD Televisions, courtesy of the local Chevrolet dealership.
Bill DeLuca Chevrolet will help league participants to attend Chevrolet Youth Soccer instructional clinics in the area.
The 2010 program will provide assistance to 200 leagues in the Northeastern region and Chevrolet dealers will contribute more than $400,000 in money and equipment.
