The city's winter parking ban is in effect through April 1. Residents must park on the odd-numbered side of the street from 6 p.m.- 6 a.m. through the end March. Violators are subject to a $25 ticket and towing charge. Tickets can be paid to the parking clerk at the Haverhill Police Station on Bailey Boulevard.
