Larceny under $250

Victim states a netal real estate sign that heleft in front of a residence he is attempting to sell on Atlanta Street, was stolen, police said. The last time the victim knew the sign was there was approximately one month ago, police said. No suspects were found at this time, police said. The incident was reported at 2:30 p.m., on Wednesday June 17, police said.

Breaking and entering a motor vehicle, nighttime for felony

Owner of the vehicle stated that the vehicle, which was a green 1995 SAAB, was parked in driveway over night on Dow Drive, police said. The owner stated his daughther uses the vehicle, police said. The owner discovered the following morning that the vehicle door was ajar and stolen from it were; a lucky brand wallet, apple ipod headphones, an apple charger/radio cord, a mass driver's license, and a Bank of America debit card, police said. There was no damage to vehicle, and no witnesses nor suspects reported at the time, police said. The incident was reported at 11:58 a.m., on Wednesday, June 17, police said.

Motor vehicle larceny

A 2005 green Toyota Corolla was found in the woods on June 17 at approximately 4:33 a.m. in the area of 7 Jericho Road, police said. There were no occupants of the car in the area, and the ignition did not appear to be "popped", police said. There also did not appear to be significant damage to the vehicle, police said. Taken from the car were a set of Ping Golf Clubs with Big Bertha Drivers, valued at $1200, police said. The incident was reported at 4:33 a.m., on Wednesday, June 17, police said.

Man and woman's vehicles get broken and entered into

Victim stated both of their vehicles were entered overnight between the times of 10 p.m., on Tuesday June 16 and 6 a.m., on Wednesday June 17 on Danrich Court, police said. The victim also stated both vehicles were unlocked and were not damaged in the process, police said. The victim stated the only thing that was noticed missing was a black metal Dimaraini baseball bat with red flames, police said. The incident was reported at 6:15 p.m., on Wednesday June 17, police said.

Miscellaneous report

Woman left her wallet on top of her vehicle while she was getting gas on June 16 between the times of 4 p.m., and 10 p.m., police said. The reporting person stated she drove away leaving the wallet on her roof, police said. The incident was reported at 9:47 p.m., on Tuesday June 16, police said.

Woman's license plate stolen

A woman stated on her way home from working in Boston on Tuesday, June 16 at approximately 9 p.m., she was alerted by another driver that her rear Massachusetts license plate was missing from her vehicle, police said. The reporting person stated that the plate was on her vehicle when she parked it at her house at 8 p.m. on Monday June 15, police said. The incident was reported at 9:14 p.m., on Tuesday June 16, police said.

Identity Fraud

A man stated that he had two accounts that were used through his pay pal account, and were both accessed on June 15, police said. The victim stated that he was contacted by Chase Bank in regards to the purchases made because there was a watch on his account from a prior incident, police said. The only money the victim lost, at this point, was a $20 over-draft fee, police said. There is no further information at this time, police said. The incident was reported at 6:21 p.m., on Tuesday June 16, police said.

Larceny under $250 on child's bicycle

A mother stated that her 9-year-old son's bicycle was stolen from the garage between the hours of 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday June 16, police said. Reporting person stated her son was in the backyard with his brother and grandmother, but the garage door was left open, police said. The bicycle was described as a brand new Mongoose 10-speed, bright blue in color, police said. Area search negative, and there are neither no suspects found nor further information at this time, police said. The incident was reported at 7:58 p.m., on Tuesday June 16, police said.

Credit card fraud over $250

A woman stated that her PayPal account had been accessed by an unknown third party and had authorized the amount of $700 to be paid, police said. The victim was stated through e-mail by PayPal thatthis had occurred and the process had been stopped and her account flagged, police said. Victim also stated that PayPal informed her that the false payment was to go to an address in Jordan, police said. The incident was reported at 2:13 p.m., on Tuesday June 16, police said.

Breaking and entering nighttime for felony

Woman stated that an unknown party entered her unlocked motor vehicle and stole the Tom Tom GPS unit out of her center console, police said. The incident occurred from 10 p.m., on Monday June 15, to 8:30 a.m., on Tuesday June 16. The victim also stated that she found a brown flowered print wallet, which was empty, in her yard and a black fleece jacket that was left in her motor vehicle, police said. The victim stated she wanted to report the incident to police, and was advised that a police report would be generated, police said. The incident was reported at 1:33 p.m., on Tuesday June 16, police said.

Breaking and entering for misdemeanor

A man was delivering bread to the A1 Deli and The Specialty Store on Merrimack Street in between the times of 11:45 a.m. and 12 noon, on Monday June 15, police said. It was then while the victim was delivering bread that two men broke into his delivery van and took $152 from his cash drawer, police said. When he returned to his van at approximately 12 p.m., the reporting person saw two men running from his van heading towards Wall Street, police said. The reporting person was unable to locate them, and there is no further information at this time, police said. The incident was reported at 12:16 a.m., on Monday, June 15, police said.

Tagging and deface of property

A woman stated on Friday, June 12 at approximately 7:45 a.m., some students noticed some new tagging on the walls of the buildings facing the playground at St. Joseph's School, police said. The reporting person also stated that written on the school wall was "You can't stop me" and "Rimso, 2009" in black marker, police said. On the playground wall next to the metal stairs "Rimso, 2009" was written twice, police said. The incident was reported at 2:50 p.m., on Monday June 15, police said.

Man uses motorcycle to vandalize property

A spokesman at SAFC HiTech on Hilldale Avenue told police a man came onto the property and caused numerous points of damage, police said.

The unknown subject was caught on film by security cameras riding a small motorcycle, police said. The subject drove the vehicle through a planting bed disturbing the bark mulch and then used the vehicle to ram a gate at the rear of the building breaking the latch, police said.

The subject then went to the rear of the building where he removed some of the parts of a gas grill, police said. There was also damage to the vent pipe at the septic leach field, however, the cause of that damage is not on film, police said.

The incident was reported at 8:51 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9, police said.

Vehicle's tire slashed

A man told police someone slashed his driver's side rear tire on his 2002 Ford F150 sometime between 7:35 p.m., June 8, and 8:36 a.m., June 9, police said.

The victim said he was outside him home on Dexter Street at 7:30 p.m. checking on a group of 12- and 13-year-olds making a lot of noise and riding bikes in the old Al's Diner parking lot, police said.

The victim said he did not see who did the damage to his truck but suspects the kids because they were even more obnoxious when he came out to see what was going on, police said.

The next morning, the victim said his tire was flat when he checked it due to the side wall being sliced, police said.

The victim does not know who the kids were but that they live in the area, police said.

The incident was reported at 3:20 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, police said.

Children damage playground equipment

A woman reported there was an ongoing issue with children being on the Fox School Community Action playground on Elm Street causing damage after they close, police said.

From 4:40 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9 to 1:40 p.m. on Wednesday June 10, there were several pieces of equipment on the grounds that were written on with black magic marker., police said. Also, there were at least three different pieces of playground equipment with the similar writings on it, police said.

The incident was reported at 1:26 p.m. on Wednesday, June 9, police said.
