Steven Zappala, 42, of 49 Buttonwoods Ave., at 200 Main St. at 12:10 p.m., offering sexual conduct for a fee.

Tammie Moreno, 49, of 3 Maple Ave., at 2 Water St. at 5:30 p.m., shoplifting.

Jimmy Rosario, 33, of 3 Angle St., at 1 Broadway at 5:20 p.m., operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, fraudulent Registry of Motor Vehicle documentation, no inspection sticker.
