Grant writing workshops offered: A series of three grant writing workshops will be held at Northern Essex Community College’s Riverwalk campus at 360 Merrimack St., Building 9, Entry K, in Lawrence. Introduction to Grants Research is March 27 from 2 to 4 p.m. Introduction to Grant Writing for Beginners is April 10 from 2 to 4 p.m. Introduction to Grant Writing II for Beginners is April 24 from 2 to 4 p.m. The cost of each workshop is $30. Celebrity impersonator show: A group of Haverhill High School students will impersonate a variety of celebrities March 30 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the public library auditorium, 99 Main St. This event was postponed from Feb. 9 due to snow. The show is free and open to all Haverhill residents over the age of 12. Enjoy an array of “star” performances in a two-hour show featuring students impersonating celebrities such as Lady Gaga, Whitney Houston and Brittany Spears. Chamber WOW Conference: The Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce will hold its 17th annual Winning Opportunities for Women (WOW) Conference April 5.
