Haverhill's masters of interior designs have moved from their long-standing Washington Street location to a new, improved facility at 12 Granite St.
The Inside View celebrated its grand reopening last week, inviting the public and clients to see the new office.
The business has been a staple of the downtown since 1998. Owner Mary Grise said her previous storefront didn't offer enough room for expansion and storage.
"We had been needing more space for a while," she said. "We can now warehouse our products ourselves."
Grise said the move also provided her an opportunity to flex her creative muscles on a personal work space.
Rather than consisting of just bland walls and cubicles, the new Inside View location acts as "living catalogue" for Grise and designers Kathy Loffredo and Kaitlyn Slagle. From the paints covering the walls to the shifting flooring below, The Inside View's office is an inside view into the creativity of Grise and her team.
"Anybody that comes in here can have ideas for their own space," Loffredo said. "We've set up this space specifically to our products."
About 200 clients seek the expertise of the The Inside View annually, ranging from couples looking to reimagine their living room to corporations seeking to make their cubicle spaces feel more homey.
Grise said The Inside View has garnered some fame throughout the dental industry for their popular office decor plans, even penning several articles for nationally circulated interior design magazines on designing the ideal office space. Recently, the business was featured in a California Paint product brochure.
The Inside View also sells a variety of home decorations and garnishes right on the spot.
