A 12-year-old juvenile was arrested at 11:01 a.m. and charged with assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and malicious destruction of property more than $250.
Joseph Sperry, 22, of 23 Kenmar Drive, Billerica, was arrested at 12:42 p.m. at River Street at Fletcher on a warrant charging him with a suspended licence and an unregistered motor vehicle.
Frances Aubin, 46, of 45 Currier Ave., Methuen, was arrested at 1 p.m. at 1 Washington Square and charged with disorderly conduct.
Aurin A. Jackson, 40, of 24 W. Bate St., Lewiston, Maine, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. at 484 Main St. as a fugitive from justice on warrants charging him with operating with a suspended licence, leaving the scene of property damage, larceny of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and failure to stop.
Felix J. Tirado, 40, of 47 Briarwood Drive, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. at his home and charged with domestic assault and battery and on a warrant.
Christopher Cartier, 20, of 35 South Kimball St., was arrested at 11:20 p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and signal failure.

Kevin D. St. Hilare, 18, of 347 Woodland, North Andover, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. in Washington Square and charged with domestic assault and battery and malicious destruction of property over $250.
John Zito, 30, of 72 Portland St., was arrested at 7:40 p.m. at 310 Main St. and charged with shoplifting.
Joseph Whirley, 36, of 146 River St. No.2, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. at 112 River St. and charged with domestic assault and battery and larceny from a person.

Ralph Richards, 49, of 25 Portland St., was arrested at 9:50 p.m. at his home on warrants charging him with operating under the influence, third offense, and a marked lanes violation.
Daniel Bonnell, 29, of 10 Duncan St., was arrested at 10:40 p.m. at his home and charged with household assault and battery.

Keith Kreyling, 36, of 374 River St., was arrested at 12:52 p.m. at his home on a warrant charging him with operating under the influence of liquor.
Carmen Acevedo, 66, of 273 Andover St., Lawrence, was arrested at 2 p.m. at 219 Lincoln Ave. and charged with shoplifting by concealing.
Anthony Slabczynski, 37, of 1059 Main St., was arrested at 5:10 p.m. at his home and charged with household assault and battery.
Robert McElhany, 48, of 71 Portland St., was arrested at 6:50 p.m. at his home and charged with household assault and battery.
