Winter party for seniors: Northern Essex Community College’s Life Long Learning will hold a “Beat the Winter Blues’’ party on Jan. 17 at noon in the Hartleb Technology Center on the Haverhill campus. Hill View offers enrollment information sessions: Hill View Montessori Charter Public School will hold Enrollment Information Sessions for prospective parents and caregivers Jan. 17 at 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. and Jan. 26 at 10 a.m. All sessions will be held at the school, located at 75 Foundation Ave. in the Ward Hill Business Park. A public lottery for available seats will be held Feb. 7 at 3:30 p.m. HVM is a public, tuition-free school that offers a public Montessori educational option to the Haverhill community. The school opened in 2004 and has 306 students in kindergarten to grade eight.
