Hillies finish strong in track & field championships

Boys basketball team awaits tourney pairings

The boys basketball team, 2013 Merrimack Valley Conference regular season champs, finished the regular season this week. The Hillies have qualified for the MIAA playoffs and await the tournament pairings, which will be announced on Friday. The playoff schedule will be posted on www.miaa.net and www.hillies.org.

Comedy Night March 8

Join us for a night of laughs at the fifth annual Haverhill High School Comedy Night March 8 at DiBurro’s function hall. Four top professional comedians will perform and there is a long list of raffle items and silent and live auction items. All proceeds will benefit the Haverhill High School Athletic Program. Baseball team plans youth clinic

The Hillie baseball team will host a youth clinic on March 2 from 9 a.m. to noon. The clinic is open to children ages 5 to 13. The cost is $25 per person. Registration forms are available online at www.hillies.org by clicking on Athletics, or can be picked up at the high school, 137 Monument St.
