A 15-year-old Haverhill boy, at 12:19 a.m., assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, metal basket, threat to commit a crime, to wit, kill.

Emanuel Alicea, 24, of Providence, R.I., at Franklin and Winter streets at 6:26 p.m., distribution of class B, cocaine, school zone violation.

Emmanuelle Vargas, 19, of 35 Brookdale Lane, at High and Victor streets at 7:40 p.m., operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Peter Lehani, 50, of 440 North Ave., at Passconway Avenue, at 10 p.m., assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, disorderly, resisting arrest.
