Pottery studio fundraiser: From April 5 to 7, You’re Fired, a pottery and mosaics studio in Salem, N.H., will donate their sitting fee of $8 per adult and $6 per child to St. Joseph School of All Saints Parish in Haverhill. Please let them know you are there for this school fundraiser. Bring friends, family, neighbors and anyone else who is looking to spend a few hours tapping into their inner artist. Legacy of Leading event: The agencies of Home Health Foundation will honor state Rep. Brian Dempsey and Rosanne DiStefano, executive director of Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley, at the annual Legacy of Leading event April 4 at 5:30 p.m. at the Andover Country Club. The event includes dinner and jazz entertainment by The George Farrell Group. This event pays tribute to those in the community who show great support of the health and well-being of the Greater Merrimack Valley communities, as well as a commitment to the mission of the agencies of Home Health Foundation. Youth event to feature former Harlem Globetrotter: Somebody Cares New England will host a free youth event for the community on April 6 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. This event will include carnival games, lunch, music, a basketball toss competition and raffles, as well as special guest, former Harlem Globetrotter Melvin Adams.
