A longtime independent Haverhill Realtor has affiliated with Prudential Real Estate. Beginning today, Dec. 2, Ben Consoli Realtors will operate as Prudential Ben Consoli Realtors.

Broker/owner Paul Consoli said he chose Prudential Real Estate as much for its technological advantages as its brand recognition and marketing programs.

"We are positioning our company for long-term growth and we felt the best way to accomplish that is to align with a major brand," said Consoli. "We chose Prudential Real Estate for its proprietary sales systems and its significant presence on the Internet. Simply put, Prudential Real Estate will help us extend our reach and stature to the millions who shop for real estate online. "

Consoli will operate the only Prudential real estate office in Haverhill. Regional offices in Andover and Southern New Hampshire had served the Haverhill market.

"Of course, the Prudential name offers us global brand recognition and one of the finest reputations for strength and expertise," Consoli continued. "I have always admired Prudential for its class."

Consoli said he anticipates a smooth transition, as his company's core values and corporate culture match those at Prudential Real Estate.

Consoli Realtors was founded in 1972 and specializes in residential, land, investment property, new construction and small commercial sales in Greater Haverhill and Southern New Hampshire. The company plans to add new markets and grow its sales team by half over the next year.
