Senior lunch menu, week of Dec. 15
Week of Dec. 15
Monday: Reduced-salt frank on a hot dog roll with mustard, baked beans, cole slaw, chilled diced pears.
Tuesday: Chicken croquette with gravy, cheddar-whipped potatoes, mixed vegetables, fresh orange, oatmeal bread.
Wednesday: American chop suey, carrot coins, low-fat muffin, grape juice, peach smoothie or diet yogurt.
Thursday: Holiday celebration — Sliced roast beef, roasted red potatoes, green beans with cranberries, whole-wheat dinner roll, eggnog or cranberry juice, apple pie or pound cake.
Friday: Potato crunch fish, rice pilaf, broccoli and cauliflower, fresh fruit in season, light rye bread.
Lunches are served at the Citizens Center, 10 Welcome St., Haverhill.
