HAVERHILL PUBLIC SCHOOLS
Elementary
Monday: Whole grain chicken patty on wheat with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, fresh banana or bagel, yogurt, cheese bagged lunch.
Tuesday: Wheat pancakes with syrup, western scrambled eggs, fresh orange, low-fat milk.
Wednesday: Nachos with meat, cheese, salsa, chilled peaches or junior ham and cheese bagged lunch.
Thursday: Pasta with italian meat sauce, green beans, locally grown fresh apple or cheerios bagged lunch.
Friday: Pizza party, assorted cheese pizza, golden corn, chilled pears.
Weekly alternative: Pizza bagel fun lunch snack pack, carrots, fresh banana.
Lunch price: $2.25
Middle
Monday: Wheat chicken patty on wheat roll with romaine lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mixed vegetable, banana, apple sauce.
Tuesday: Assorted pizza, garden salad, fresh orange.
Wednesday: Nacho grande with meat, cheese, salsa.
Thursday: Baked ziti with cheese, green beans, fresh orange, warm apple slices.
Friday: Chicken brushetta pizza, corn, tossed salad, light dressing, fruit crisp.
Weekly alternative: Turkey club bagel, vegetable pasta salad, low-fat milk or chicken caesar salad, dinner roll.
Lunch price: $2.35
High school
Monday: Monster grinder on a sub roll, baked fries.
Tuesday: Chicken parmesan over pasta, seasoned mixed vegetable, fresh orange.
Wednesday: Italian sub with lettuce, tomato, cheese, vegetable pasta salad.
Thursday: Ranchers pie with gravy, dinner roll, peas, apple honey cobbler.
Friday: Nacho grande with meat, cheese, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomato.
Weekly alternative: Chicken caesar wrap, macaroni salad, fresh orange or chef salad, dinner roll.
Lunch price: $2.50
WHITTIER REGIONAL VOCATIONAL TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL
Monday: Mozzarella sticks with dipping sauce, small salad, peach slices.
Tuesday: Chicken tenders, mashed potato, peas, wheat bread, fruit cocktail.
Wednesday: Soup and sandwich special, assorted fruit.
Thursday: Nacho grande with beef, cheese, salsa, small salad, apple slices.
Friday: School pizza, small salad, pasta salad, pretzels, pear halves.
Breakfast served daily as a meal or a la carte. Pizza, sub sandwiches and chef salads served daily. Choice of 8-ounce homogenized, low-fat chocolate or 1 percent milk served with each meal.
