Week of Jan. 12
Monday: Stuffed peppers with tomato sauce, carrot coins, chilled mixed fruit, snowflake dinner roll, orange-pineapple juice.
Tuesday: Chicken fajitas with peppers and onions, chuckwagon corn, Spanish rice and beans, chilled pinapple, whole wheat tortilla.
Wednesday: Barbeque pork rib, baked beans, mixed vegetables, fresh fruit in season, oatmeal bread, apple juice.
Thursday: Birthday dinner celebration, baked turkey and ham, fruit sauce, roasted red bliss potatoes, whipped winter squash, birthday cake, angel cake, diet cup cakes, dark rye bread.
Friday: Fish cakes (two), whipped potatoes, green beans, frozen yogurt, oatmeal bread.
Lunches are served at the Citizens Center, 10 Welcome St., Haverhill.
