Blas Rojo-Arguelles, 54, of 37 Cedar St., was arrested at 11 a.m. at his home on warrants charging him with failure to register as a sex offender and failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent offense.
Ann E. Bresnahan, 49, of 37 Cedar St., was arrested at 11 a.m. at her home on a warrant charging her with intimidation of a witness and threatening to commit a crime.
Adam Clark, 28, of 36 Baily Lane, Georgetown, was arrested at 12:05 p.m. at 57 Summer St. and charged wtih trespassing.
Anthony Lopez, 19, of 25 Central St., was arrested at 2:45 p.m. at the police station and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, shod foot, and assault and battery.
Ronald Brown, 32, of 11 Park St., Apt. 11, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. at 2 Water St. and charged with shoplifting.
Eduardo Fernandez, 36, of 38 Russett Hill was arrested at 7 p.m. on John Street and charged with operating with a suspended license and a passing violation.
William Hurd, 21, of 51 Beach Road, Salisbury, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. at the police station on a warrant charging him with two counts of rape.
Saturday, Feb. 27
Christopher Ruth, 37, of Haverhill, was arrested at 2 a.m. at 124 Essex Street as a fugitive from justice.
Nicole Abate, 28, of 151 Franklin St., was arrested at 7:50 p.m. at her home on a warrant charging her with operating after a suspended license.
Friday, Feb. 26
Michael Diodati, 36, of 11 Gardner Road, Windham, NH, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. at Stateline Plaza and charged with larceny over $250.
Andrew Fournier, 33, of 90 Pond St., Salem, NH, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. at Stateline Plaza and charged with larceny over $250.
