Wednesday, Nov. 14

Jason Ruggs, 19, of Lowell, at Bartlett Avenue at 8:30 a.m., receiving a stolen motor vehicle, subsequent, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, reckless operation, operating a motor vehicle without a license, leaving scene of property damage.

Carolyn Williams, 33, 20 Adele Ave., at Comfort Suites at 8:45 p.m., assault with a dangerous weapon, domestic assault and battery.

Tuesday, Nov. 13

Jayne Regan, 49, of 3 Wingate St., at 40 Bailey Blvd. at 11:39 a.m., assault and battery, 2 counts.
