Michael Hurtado, 18, of 40 Marina Drive, was arrested at 2 a.m. at Primrose and Winter streets and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.
A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested at 5:35 p.m. at 675 Washington St. on a warrant charged with destruction of property.
Ashley Welch, 20, of 29 Arch Ave., No. 1, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. at 675 Washington St. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Paul Fowler, 42, homeless, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. at 400 Lowell Ave. and charged with shoplifting and warrants charged with possession of a class B substance, drug violation in a school zone, possession of a firearm without an ID card, operating a motor vehicle after suspension of license, marked lanes violation and leaving the scene of property damage.
A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested at 5:45 p.m. at his residence on a parole warrant.

Kevin Roche, 42, of 3 Park St. Apt. 1, was arrested at 12 p.m. at 2 Water St. and charged with shoplifting.
FRIday, jan. 15
Douglas J. Tirone, 46, of 58 Elm St., Epping, N.H., was arrested at 8:05 p.m. at 400 Lowell Ave. and charged with operating under the influence subsequent offense, operating after revocation of license, possession of an open container and leaving the scene of property damage.
Angel Delacruz, 35, of 6 6th Ave., was arrested at 2:28 a.m. at his residence and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
THURSday, jan. 14
David Conley, 29, of 91 L St., was arrested at 12:15 a.m. at White Street and charged with operating after suspension of license, failure to stop and a warrant.
Steven Dumas, 21, of 16 Cannon Hill, Groveland, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash.
Steven Berry, 50, of 11 Park St., No. 11, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. at Ginty Boulevard on a warrant charged with breaking and entering and receiving stolen property.
Daniel Chaplick, 44, of 1 York St., was arrested at 12:17 p.m. at his residence and charged with disorderly conduct.
Dorothy Chaplick, 39, of 1 York St., was arrested at 12:32 p.m. at her residence and charged with disorderly conduct and a warrant charging her with operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Marcelo Perez, 48, of 201 Lawrence St., Lawrence, was arrested at 4:46 p.m. at 765 Main St. and charged with two counts of trafficking cocaine, two counts of carrying a firearm without a license and possession of ammunition without a license.

Belinda Meehan, 38, of 13 Main St., Plaistow, N.H., was arrested at 40 Bailey Blvd. on a warrant charged with larceny, uttering threats and forgery.
Darryl J. Warner, 46, of 134 How St., was arrested at 11 a.m. at his residence on five warrants charged with being a fugitive from justice.
David Locke, 37, of 169 Kimball Road, Amesbury, was arrested at 11:29 a.m. at 10 Marbel St. on a warrant charged with destruction of property.
Heather Sarcione, 26, of 62 Beaver Dam Lane, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. at 40 Bailey Blvd. on a warrant.
Eric Debreceni, 36, of 54 Margin St., was arrested at 6:40 p.m. at his residence on warrants charged with assault and battery, larceny, threats and tresspassing.
John Brewer, 39, of 83 Mercury Terrace, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. at his residence and charged with domestic assault and battery.
Jeffrey Sterling, 48, of 207 Center St., Groveland, was arrested at 9 p.m. at 40 Bailey Blvd. and charged with assault to rape and indecent assault and battery on a person over age 14.
