Wednesday, Oct. 9

Nathan Saben, 25, of 61 Moore St., at 20 Emerson St. at 1:15 p.m., larceny over $250.

Anilda Ruiz, 71, of 40 Locke St., #307, at 81 Winter St. at 5:55 p.m., domestic assault and battery.

Margarita Lacondrata, 39, of 40 Locke St., #307, at 81 Winter St. at 5:55 p.m., disorderly conduct, possession of a Class E substance.

Andrew Duquette, 31, of 1 Marble St., #1, at 1 Marble St. at 10:56 p.m., assault and battery.

Tuesday, Oct. 8

Scott Barrett, 32, of Tyngsboro, at 6 Kimball St at 12:10 p.m., assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, attempt to murder.

Sunday, Oct. 6

Therese Plourde, 29, of 7 S. Lincoln St., at 91 Plaistow Road at 4:30 a.m., OUI, alcohol.

Saturday, Oct. 5

Melinda Resto, 33, of 401 Lowell Ave., # 121, at home at 12:20 a.m., household assault and battery, three counts of assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace.

A 16-year-old Haverhill boy at 12:20 a.m., household assault and battery.

A 15-year-old Haverhill boy at 2:5 a.m., Breaking and entering/motor vehicle in the night time.

Onu Shaibu, 30, of 33 Summer St. at Washington Street and Washington Avenue at 12:50 p.m., leaving the scene of property damage over $250, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
