Thomas M. Schmidt, 35, of 174 Pilgrim Road, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. at his home and charged with two counts of domestic assault and battery.

Jodi J. Holmes, 54, of 93 Merrill Ave., was arrested at 8 p.m. at her home and charged with assault and battery on a household member.

Justine Adams, 18, of 38 9th Ave., was arrested at 3 p.m. at 2 Water St. and charged with shoplifting by concealment.

Maurice Harris, 55, of 380 Washington St., was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on Shepard Street on a warrant charging him with sexual conduct for a fee.

Edgar Djokotoe, 39, of 129 S. Elm St. No. 2L, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. at his home and charged with attempted murder by strangulation.

Catherine Reed, 20, of 56 Twin Fawn Run, Chester, NH., was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on North Street and charged with unlicensed operating of a motor vehicle and on a warrant charging her with unlicensed operating of a motor vehicle.

Rolando Velazquez, 21, of 129 S. Elm St. #1L, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Main Street and Water Street and charged with unlicensed operation.

David Thomson, 26, of 21 Currier Ave., was arrested at 4:53 p.m. at his home and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute and possession of a class E substance with intent to distribute.

Lisa Samsoisette, 22, of 5 4th Ave., was arrested at 8:03 p.m. at her home on a warrant charging her with assault and battery.

Darryll Dibona, 51, of 933 Ocean Boulevard, Hampton, N.H., was arrested at 8:38 p.m. on Broadway at Smith Street and charged with failure to stop for police, an unregistered motor vehicle, an uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Tuesday, jan. 19

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested at 11:10 a.m. at 137 Monument St. on warrants charging two counts of malicious destruction of property over $250 and felony breaking and entering.

Pedro Merced, 47, of 19 Vine St., No. 9, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. at 2 Water St. and charged with disorderly conduct, assault and battery, and resisting arrest.

Suzanne Orsini, 45, of 129 S. Elm St., No. 1L, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. at her home and charged with domestic assault and battery.

Michael Hartigan, 25, of 6 Thorndike St., No. 2, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. at 2 Hilldale Ave. on warrants charging him with a lights violation and a suspended licence, speeding, seat belt violation and a suspended licence, a suspended registration, a number plate violation, and an uninsured motor vehicle.

Enrique Rojas Jr., 21, of 24 Victor St., basement, was arrested at 8:36 p.m. at his home on a warrant charging him with operating with a suspended licence.
