---- — Thousands of people attended this year’s 48th annual VFW Santa Parade.
Held on Nov. 18, this annual event was a treat for spectators, and a bonus for people who won prizes in a Santa Parade Family Boosters Raffle, which raised money to help pay the $35,000 cost of the parade. The biggest expenses were the marching bands and Hallamore Clydesdales & Hitch, a crowd favorite.
