Council on Aging offers new trips: The Council on Aging is offering a trip to the Danversport Yacht Club on June 12 for a performance by Charlie Thomas and The Drifters. Tickets are $79 per person and include transportation, lunch at The Common Man in Portsmouth and the show. A trip to the Isle of Shoals and Portsmouth Harbor Cruise is June 23. Class reunion planned: The Haverhill High School-Trade School Class of 1953 will hold its 60-year reunion on June 14 from 4:30 to 10 p.m. at DiBurro’s function hall. The reunion planning committee is looking for the following classmates: Joan Barteaux Padmore, Gloria Bethel Hayes, Elinor Boches Kraft, Barbara Cosio Savoy, Jacqueline Deveau Carlson, Martha Doyle Wasserman, Doris Emery Cotton, Roberta Ferrick Larsen, Norma Hamel Wiengel, David W. Hughes, Alex J. Kezik, Demetrios Kostas, William N. Levis, Peter J. Workshop on solving computer aggravations planned: The Council on Aging will host a presentation by Miklos Jakos titled “Solving Computer Aggravations” on June 18 at 10 a.m. at the Citizens Center, 10 Welcome St. The presentation will cover 20 of the most common aggravations a person can experience when using a computer. NECC reunion, Classes of 1963-1973: Alumni of Northern Essex Community College who graduated between 1963 and 1973 are invited to attend a reunion on June 21 at 4 p.m. at DiBurro’s function hall. This reunion marks the 50th and 40th graduation anniversaries for the classes of 1963 and 1973, respectively. NECC opened to its first students in 1961, and the class of 1963 is the first class to graduate from the college. Volunteer organizers include Class of 1963 members Maurice Viscuso, Rosemarie (Webb) D’Agata, and Bill Klueber, as well as Pat Kennedy of the Class of 1966 and former NECC faculty member and administrator Norman Landry.
