A 14-year-old Haverhill boy at 4:15 a.m., breaking and entering a motor vehicle.

Wednesday, Aug. 21

Shaun Leblanc, 32, of 17 Abbott St., at home at 4 a.m., domestic assault and battery.

Elizabeth Chase, 20, of 1 Marion St., at 140 Lincoln Ave. at 12:45 p.m., assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, knife, household assault and battery.

Stephen Kee, 60, of 207 Franklin St., at 40 Bailey Blvd. at 1:30 p.m., assault and battery, serious bodily injury, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, shod foot.

Tuesday, Aug. 20

Ryan Perry 22, of 5 Glennwood St., North Andover, at 58 Brickett Lane at 9:32 a.m., assault with a dangerous weapon.

David Diaz-Colon, 22, of 47 Bradford St., Lawrence, at 40 Bailey Blvd. at 1:46 p.m., failure to register as a sex offender.

Steve Roman-Ovares, 21 of 56 Coachman’s Lane, at York Street at 5:35 p.m., operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, municipal ordinance violation.

Melissa Coward, 33, of Salem Street, at home at 10 p.m., domestic assault and battery.

Monday, Aug. 19

Jeanne Quinn, 47,of 9 Fermanagh St., at Bridge Street at 11:04 a.m., OUI, liquor, drinking from an open container, marked lanes.

Raymond Jaing, 46, of Quincy, at 60 Bailey Blvd. at 12:41 p.m., operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Adam Matosic, 48, of 106 S. Park St., at 44 Marshland St. at 3:45 p.m., drinking in public, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest.

Gilberto Navaro, 45, of 7 Central St., first floor, at 7 Central St. at 6:15 p.m., assault with a dangerous weapon.

Giovanni Deleon, 37, of 78 Bellevue Ave., second floor, at Main Street and 4th Avenue at 6:15 p.m., distributing cocaine, conspiracy to violate drug laws, park/school violation.

Marie Zayas, 28, of 153 Beacon Ave., Lawrence, at Main Street and 4th Avenue, distributing cocaine, conspiracy to violate drug laws, park/school violation.

Sunday, Aug. 18

Stanley Bagrowski, 43, of 227 Salem St., at 227 Salem St. at 9:30 p.m., OUI, liquor, operating a motor vehicle without a license.
