The Haverhill Recreation Department and Council on Aging are joining forces to introduce Kindermusic Village with Seniors, a multi-generational program that will offer its participants the opportunity to build personal relationships through learning about and listening to music.
The first class is on Wednesday, Sept. 8, at 10:30 a.m. at the Citizens Center at 10 Welcome St. The eight-week program will charge $5 per class, but the first class will be free.
Licensed educator Helen Hamilton will lead the program. The music education curriculum is appropriate for children up to age 7.
