Groveland — Marie (DeMello) Curran, 94, of Groveland, died Tuesday morning, September 3, at Beth Israel Hospital, Boston.
She was born in Taunton, December 23, 1918, daughter of the late Francis C. and Mary C. (Corrio) DeMello and was educated in the Taunton school system.
For over 25 years she was employed as an L.P.N. at the former Medfield State Hospital.
She enjoyed the outdoors, walking, hiking, bowling and knitting.
She was the wife of the late Warren “Chuck” Curran and mother of the late Michael Dunbar.
Her survivors include a son, Kenneth Dunbar, Jr. and his wife, Mary Ann, of Groveland; a daughter, Joan Ellwood of Groveland; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her Graveside Service on Saturday morning, Sept. 7, at 11 a.m. in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Milford, Mass.
