Charles N. Fossarelli, 100, died Monday April 23, 2012 at Hannah Duston Healthcare Center. He was born in Haverhill October 17, 1911 , son of Domenic and Margurita (Cara) Fossarelli. He served in the U.S.Army during World War II. He was a member of the former St. Rita's Parish, and a life long member of the Garibaldi Club. He was retired from the local shoe industry, and at one time served as an officer with the United Shoe Workers of America. He was the husband of the late Pauline (Bove) Fossarelli He is survived by a nephew Louis Fossarelli of Salisbury. Two nieces Jennifer Fossarelli and Jaclyn Cormier both of Haverhill, and several great nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours will be held Thursday from 10 to 11 am from the PAUL C. ROGERS FAMILY-SCATAMACCHIA FUNERAL HOME, 334 Main St. A funeral service will be held at 11 am at the funeral home.
