Haverhill, MA — Arthur C. Lamson of Haverhill, Mass. died on June 26, 2012, following a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Lamson was born in Barre, Vermont on August 7, 1952, and was the son of the late Clair A. and Madeline (Withington) Lamson.
He was raised in raised on his father’s dairy farm in Barre and was a graduate of Spaulding High School in Barre. He later attended Northeastern University in Boston where he studied electrical engineering.
He had been employed at PerkinElmer in California where he was a project manager for several years. For the last eleven years, he worked for Siemens in Walpole as an engineer for medical diagnostics.
Mr. Lamson enjoyed boating, fishing and fixing things. He was a former resident of Bedford, Mass. and West Newbury, Mass.
He was the loving husband of thirty years to Barbara (Munro) Lamson. The dear brother of Jeanne Hull of Barre, VT, Karen Bourbeau of Milton, VT and Kristin Gilbar of Barre, VT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
