Bradford — Alfred H. Rocheleau, 76, of Bradford, MA died on Tuesday June 26, 2012 after a brief illness. He was born Alfred Henry Rocheleau on Nov. 30, 1935 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Lowell, MA. He was predeceased by his loving parents Edmond and Yvonne (Plante) Rocheleau and four siblings Edmond, Arthur, George, and Beatrice. He is survived by his son Leo Rocheleau and his wife Hillary of Texas, son Joseph Rocheleau and his wife Debra of Manchester, NH, daughter Joann Jesmer of Virginia, son Paul Rocheleau and his late wife Jeannie of Lawrence, and son Edmond Rocheleau and his wife Shelly of Derry, NH. As well as 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Rita Winters of East Peoria, IL, his brother Norman Rocheleau and his wife Susan of Lowell, sister Joan Gallagher of Lowell, and sister Shirley Carignan of New Ipswich, N.H. as well as many nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews. Mr. Rocheleau passed away at Merrimac Valley Hospice surrounded by his family of the heart, daughter Joy and her husband Shawn of N. Billerica, daughter Laura Morgan and husband Joe of Derry, N.H. and daughter Karen Morse and her fiance Billy Sargent of Bradford, as well as grandchildren Nate, Nessie, Andrew, Corey and Princess Grace. And as it should have been, Mr. Rocheleau took his final breath with soulmate Spike Morse of Bradford. A celebration of his life will be held.

After graduating from Boston Latin School and the University of Massachusetts, Jason served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II, and received his J.D. from B.U. Law School. He practiced as an attorney in Haverhill for more than 40 years, and acted as counsel and performed public service for many institutions, including Bradford College and the Pentucket Savings Bank.

He was a graduate of Lowell High School, and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from Lowell Tech. He began his career at Western Electric, then to Bell Labs, and was retired from Lucent Technologies where he was a Mechanical Engineer. Ted was a member of the Victor Emmanual Lodge, Order of the Sons of Italy, and the Methuen Jaycees. He is survived by his wife, Grace (Finocchiaro) Winter; a son, Theodore Winter of Haverhill; two daughters, Sherry Deblois and her friend, Thomas Spada, of Haverhill, and Kimberly Winter and her friend, Christopher Howe, of Sandown, N.H.; three grandchildren, David DeBlois and his fiancee, Felicia Sanscartier, of Atkinson, N.H.; and Edyn and Bryce Winter of W. Newbury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Haverhill, MA — Angelina A. Conte, 92, died Sunday May 12, 2013 at Lawrence General Hospital. She was born in Haverhill, February 24, 1921, daughter of Federico and Gemma (Grassi) Conte. She was educated in Haverhill Schools. She was employed in the local shoe industry, and was retired from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts where she worked at Salisbury State Reservation, and the Veterans Memorial Skating Rink in Haverhill. When her mother died at an early age, Angie raised her brothers and sisters. She was a second mother to her many nieces and nephews. She is survived by a brother and his wife, Frank and Lena Conte of Haverhill; and a sister, Agnes Bevilacqua of Haverhill; sisters in law, Jennie Conte, and Shirley Conte of Haverhill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Marino Conte, Americo "Speed" Conte, Alfred Conte, Sebastian "Pee Wee" Conte, Orlando "Lindy" Conti, and Rudolph Conte. She was also predeceased by a sister, Vera Wenige. The family would like to thank the staff at the Hannah Duston Healthcare Center for kindness and care they provided to Angie during her stay there.
