Ekaterini (Mesitopoulos) Spyropoulos, 71 of Haverhill died Saturday morning, April 28 at Sutton Hill Center, North Andover.
She was born in Athens, Greece, September 1, 1940 daughter of the late Evangelo and Anna (Fthinou) Mesitopoulos.
Ekaterini was a member of the Holy Apostles Sts. Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church, Haverhill.
Her survivors include a daughter, Elene and her husband Nicholas J. Pierce of Haverhill, a son, Vasilios and his wife Nicoletta Spyropoulos of Danvers, a sister, Eleftheria Kontou of Greece, a brother, Mihali Mesitopoulos of Greece, four grandchildren, Katerina and Athina Pierce, Panayoti and Dimitri Spyropoulos and several nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services were held on Wednesday morning, May 2, at 10:00 from the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 in the Holy Apostles Sts. Peter & Paul Greek Orthodox Church, 154-156 Winter St., Haverhill. Burial was in Linwood Cemetery, Haverhill.
