Plaistow — Elizabeth “Betty” (Wilcox) Lane, 94, of Plaistow, NH passed away Friday, June 15, 2012 at the Port Healthcare Center in Newburyport.
She was born in Haverhill on May 30, 1918, daughter of the late Andrew and Stella (Spellman) Wilcox and was the last of ten children.
She was the wife of the late Preston Lane who died in 1993. Her survivors include her daughters, Patricia Evans of Seabrook, NH and her former husband William Evans of Merrimac, Liane Nusse of Kalkaska, MI, three sons, Leewood Lane of Leominster, MA, Jeffrey Lane of Sharon and Raymond Lane of VA, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Elizabeth Caron Kingsbury and Donald Kumis.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, June 19th, at 11:00 at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill. Burial was in the Greenwood Cemetery, Haverhill.
