formerly of Haverhill — Rose Marilyn Haverback passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2014, at the age of 81, at Coolidge House Nursing Home, Brookline.
Rose was born on June 15, 1932, in Haverhill, and was the daughter of Tillie (Fiman) Haverback and Morris Max Haverback.
She graduated from Haverhill High School. Rose graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and also earned her Master of Arts Degree from Boston University. Rose was employed at ITEK Corp. of Boston as a manager in the information technologies section. She lived her adult life in Brookline.
Rose was predeceased by her parents; her sister, Evelyn Richelson of Plymouth, N.H.; and her brother, Dr. Bernard Jacob Haverback of Los Angeles, Calif.
She is survived by her brother, Dr. Chester Z. Haverback and his wife, Mary, of Bethesda, Md.; her sister, Harriet Sandler of Bowie, Md.; her sister-in-law, Joann Haverback Hale of Los Angeles, Calif.; as well as several nieces and nephews.
