Phyllis L. (Estabrooks) Desmet, 71, of Haverhill passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Brighton, MA.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, playing computer and video games, and had a love for acting and poetry.
The wife of the late Emile D. Desmet, she is survived by her mother Florence (Simpson) Marciszka of Haverhill, daughters Doreen J. Desmet and her husband Thomas Conway III of Haverhill and Dawn R. (Desmet) Eppa of Inverness, FL, brother Ronald and his wife Cyndi Estabrooks of San Jose, CA, sister Betty Rajotte of Haverhill, eleven beloved grandchildren, two step daughters Jodie Flanders of Conway, SC and Lori Demers of Peoria, AZ, as well as several nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her calling hours were held on Sunday, April 15, from 2 to 5 p.m. at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St. Haverhill.
