Haverhill — Marjorie (Thibodeau) Minichiello of Bradford passed away peacefully on Sunday June 17. She was born in Haverhill on May 25, 1920, the daughter of the late Albert and Ernestine (Shevenell) Thibodeau.
Margie was a lifelong resident of Haverhill, graduating from Haverhill High School and the Greater Lawrence School of Beauty. She owned and operated “Margie Beauty Salon” in Bradford for 25 years. At age 54 she began working for Raytheon in Andover retiring at age 71. After retirement, for the next several years she returned to hairdressing and catered to clients who were unable to leave their homes.
She is survived by her daughter Sandra J. (Minichiello) Shamas of North Andover, her cousin Lorraine Gorski and husband Bill of Haverhill as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by Samuel J. Minichiello, and her siblings Albert J. Thibodeau Jr., Arlene Metzgar, Evelyn Scorsoni, Rita Ryan.
ARRANGEMENTS: At the family's request, services and entombment in the Elmwood Cemetery Mausoleum was private. Arrangements are by the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Homes, Haverhill and Bradford.
