Haverhill — Laura M. (Boston) Alvino, 40, of Haverhill, died Saturday, June 1, at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born in Melrose, March 6, 1973, daughter of Tom and Sandra (McElroy) Boston of No. Andover.
For over 10 years she was employed as an Administrator for the afterschool Discovery Club for the City of Haverhill.
Laura played on local soccer teams, raised money for Cystic Fibrosis and cherished her trip to Ireland with many of her friends to celebrate her 40th birthday.
Besides her parents her survivors include her husband of 14 years, Anthony “Tony” Alvino, Jr. of Haverhill; two daughters, Shannon (10) and Boston (6) both of Haverhill; two sisters, Aimee and her husband, Steve Whitten, of Haverhill, Catherine Boston of Hampton, N.H.; a brother, Jon Boston of No. Andover; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Tony and Karen (Crawford) Alvino, Sr. of Bradford; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
