Haverhill — Jennie (Sampson) Haseltine, 91, of Haverhill died Friday, May 31, Pleasant Valley Nursing Center, Derry, N.H.
She was born in Haverhill, July 13, 1921, daughter of the late James and Deonisia (Vlasopoulos) Sampson.
Educated in the Haverhill school system, Jennie was employed at Colonial Shoe, Andover Inn and the Hotel Whittier.
Her survivors include a daughter, Joan Foster of Greenville, Tenn.; sisters-in-law, Barbara Sampson of Haverhill, Venus Sampson of Dracut; seven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Mary Ann King; sister of the late Angelo and his wife, Jennie Sampson, Charles Sampson, Alexander and his wife, Sandra Sampson, Helen and her husband, Michael Korizis, Despina and her husband, Charles Mastorakis.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral on Thursday morning, June 6, at 10 a.m. from the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. in Holy Apostles Sts. Peter & Paul Greek Orthodox Church, 154 Winter St., Haverhill.
