Bradford — Philip E. “Buck” McCaughey, 94, of Bradford, passed away Saturday, March 29, at Massachusetts General Hospital.
He was the husband of the late Elinor Gagnon, who passed away May 24, 2009.
He was born in Haverhill, on March 17, 1920, to Philip E. and Katherine Cameron.
He is survived by his two daughters, Joan and her husband, Stephen Clark, of Haverhill, Cameron and Thomas DeMarche of Boxford; his grandchildren, Christine Clark, Jennifer McWeeny, Susan Clark; great-grandchildren, Stephen Clark, III and James Clark; special cousin, Ethel Kinsman of Haverhill; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his late wife, Elinor, he was predeceased by his grandson, Stephen Clark Jr.; and his sisters, Katherine Ryan and Benny McCaughey.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Thursday, April 3, at 11 a.m. at Sacred Hearts Church, 165 South Main St., Bradford. Family and friends are welcome to pay their respects to the family at a luncheon following the Funeral Mass. Arrangements are by the H.L.
