To the editor:
One good thing came out of the Supreme Court ruling on June 28, 2012, and this is that we all know now Obama lied. He lied big-time because when he told us that there was no tax on his Affordable Care Act we know that there most certainly is. A lie is a lie no matter how you try to spin it Mr. President and the Supreme Court Justices backed up that lie by telling us this was indeed a tax.
This was a huge turning point in American history and we will never be the same because our liberties were denied. Get ready because this administration has the power, ABSOLUTELY, to tell you what to buy. Maybe the next thing they try to shove down our throats will be the electric car or buying solar panels from Solyndra to keep all of us green. And, if they don't force you to buy those things, they will tax you because you don't.
Tossed right out the window were your rights to freedom of religion because you will now be funding abortions no matter how you feel, pray or what your religion teaches you. There is no choice for you, but certainly the choice for others who think differently than you.
The only way to reverse this decision is to get your healthy backside to the voting booth this November and cast a vote for Governor Romney. Send a message to the president that you can fool us once, but certainly not twice.
God bless America as we used to know her.

The Thursday, June 28, decision by the U.S. Supreme Court in NFIB v. Sebelius upholding the Affordable Care Act (ACA) was surprising but important. The Court recognized health care reform for what it is: A legislative response to complex issues threatening the health and well-being of Americans that was best resolved by the elected branch of government — the Congress.
