The Garrison Par 3 golf course on Hilldale Avenue in Haverhill is sponsoring its own Junior Tour this summer for boys and girls 8 to 14 years old.
Three tournaments remain this summer, on Tuesday, July 27; Thursday, Aug. 12; and Tuesday, Aug. 24.
In the first tournament, played July 7, Jordyn Arakelian, 10, of North Andover, finished first in the girls division, shooting a 34 for nine holes. Second-place girls finisher was Ella Fogel of Groveland, who shot a 42.
In the boys 8 to 11 division, Alec Brunelle, 11, of Salem, N.H., shot a 30. In second place, Ryan Quinlan of Salem shot a 33, and Will Grady of Andover shot a 38.
In the boys 12 to 14 division, Mark Mancini, 14, of Methuen, finished first with a score of 30. Finishing second was Patrick Murphy of Wethersfield, Conn., with a 31, and in third place, Tyler McCormack of Sandown, N.H., shot a 32. Alex Demarais of Haverhill and Jack Murphy of Wethersfield finished tied for fourth with 33.
In the next three tournaments, golfers will be divided into two divisions, ages 8 to 10 and 11 to 14. Play begins at 11 a.m.
Cost is $15 per player, per tournament, which includes nine holes, lunch and prizes.
