Hill View Montessori Public Charter School has a newspaper, published with the assistance of The Haverhill Gazette and Editor Donna Capodelupo.
Student reporters, columnists, photographers and cartoonists submitted items after learning about the role of a community newspaper and the responsibilities of journalists.
Their work is unveiled this week in The Haverhill Gazette and will appear in subsequent editions of the Gazette until all submissions are published. In the meantime, a second staff of student journalists has begun work on another edition of the Hill View Herald, which will begin publication in the spring.
