The city's winter parking ban is in effect now through April 1. Residents must park on the even-numbered side of the street from 6 p.m.- 6 a.m. through the end of December, on the odd-numbered side in January, even-numbered in February and odd-numbered in March. Violators are subject to a $25 ticket and towing charge. Tickets can be paid to the parking clerk at the Haverhill Police Station on Bailey Boulevard.
